Site SummaryJoin us in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado where the Western Region Church of God will be hosting the Feast of Tabernacles starting Friday evening, October 7th until the Last Great Day on Saturday, October 14th! This area offers tremendous sight-seeing activities for the entire family. Enjoy breath-taking views of the Rocky Mountains like no where else. Activities will also be organized by the church that include a day trip to the Royal Gorge bridge, a western dinner & show at the Flying W Ranch, Cog Railroad trip up Pike's Peak, a trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and a tour of Seven Falls waterfall. Other activities will include a church raffle, taco bar, fun show, jam session and our annual Bible Bowl & Ice Cream social! Location of ServicesServices will be held daily at the Silverwood Hotel and Conference Center (formerly the Park Plaza Hotel) located at 505 Popes Bluff Trail in Colorado Springs. It is expedient that one register before September 6th for the Church rate; rooms availibity or rates cannot be guaranteed after this cut-off date. The Hotel has changed ownership since last year. This year they offer a free complimentary breakfast buffet and hot to order pancakes and omlets. In addition there is a complimentary cocktail session each evening; providing alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. There are a limited amount small refrigerators available on a first come first serve basis; need to request one on arrival if needed.
