Leviticus 23:42-43 'You shall dwell in booths for a seven day period; every native in Israel shall dwell in booths, 43 so that your generations will know that I caused the children of Israel to dwell in booths when I took them from the land of Egypt. I am Yehovah’ your Elohim.'
Deuteronomy 16:14-15, Leviticus 23:40 (abridged) And you shall rejoice in your feast,… you will be altogether joyful, you shall rejoice before the LORD your God for seven days.
Leviticus 23:40 'Now on the first day you shall take for yourselves the foliage of beautiful trees, palm branches and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the brook, and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God for seven days.

The commandment is to live in “booths,” (temporary shelters). A tent, trailer, RV, cabin, hotel room, or even a bed and breakfast can be a temporary dwelling.

Service Opportunities
To have a successful biblical camp we need leaders; Able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain. For full details see Deuteronomy 1:13-15, and Exodus 18:21. Volunteers to coordinate all aspects of the Sukkot Camp are needed, it's your camp, the people will get the Feast they deserve. Deuteronomy 16:17 "Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of Yehovah' your Elohim which He has given you."
