Feast of Tabernacles 2026
Tenkiller State Park, Oklahoma - September 27 - October 4, 2026
Site Summary
Hello, Brothers and Sisters!
Thank you for considering our group for your 2026 Feast of
Tabernacles! This year, we will be hosting our Feast of Tabernacles at
Tenkiller State Park in eastern Oklahoma. Tenkiller State Park in Vian,
Oklahoma is known as Oklahoma's “heaven in the hills.” The sparkling
blue waters of Lake Tenkiller offer water enthusiasts an abundance of
recreational opportunities between 130 miles of shoreline and 13,000
surface acres. The park’s plentiful amenities and lodging options make
it a favorite destination for all ages.
We will have daily church services in an indoor, heated & cooled meeting room that is located on site. We will also have planned events throughout the feast that are focused on fun and fellowship, to include everyone who comes. We look forward to meeting and feasting with you. NOTE: We will arrive and check in on September 25th, and have Sabbath services in the on-site Community Building on the 26th.
Location of Services
About Us & What To Expect At Our Feast:
We are a small, independent church group out of north-central Texas. Most of us come from a Church of God background that had a lot of focus on world news and Bible prophecy. Some of our members are multi-generational Sabbath and Feast-keepers, while others have been in the faith for only a few years. During the Feast of Tabernacles, our teacher and elders will be available for baptism counseling, baptisms, prayer, anointing, and blessing of the children for protection.
*For any first-timers thinking of joining us, please note that
we keep the Sabbath and Holy Days that are listed in Leviticus 23, and
we observe the clean dietary laws spoken of in the Old Testament as
well.*
Our more traditional-style services will be held daily at 11 am. Our
dress code is anything from casual to classy. But we do ask that you
please dress modestly. We say the name Jesus Christ, but don’t mind if
you prefer to call Him by His other names. We will have a mix of old
hymns and more modern worship music for our song services, and special
music is always welcome, too. We don’t mind snacking and beverages
during our services. As a matter of fact, we will provide light snacks
and beverages for all attendees. We do record our messages for our
internet archives, So, if you have small children who may start to cry
or become disruptive during services, we just ask that you please take
them outside until they become more calm.
Accommodations
Tenkiller State Park offers RV and tent sites scattered between seven
campgrounds. Online reservations must be made
for the RV and tent campsites. Primitive campgrounds are also available
for those who prefer one. A total of seven comfort stations with
restrooms and showers are available in the park, and there are two
on-site waste dump stations.
In addition to the tent and RV campgrounds, Tenkiller State Park guests may choose from 38 cabins, ranging from one to three-bedroom styles. All the cabins, except for the three-bedroom models, are duplexes. Cabins are equipped for the maximum number of guests with linens, full kitchens, heat, air conditioning and satellite television. In addition, some cabins are pet friendly; *(with a $40 per pet/per night fee)
NOTE: The kitchens are bare. They only have a coffee maker. You will need to bring cookware, cooking utensils, dishes and/or paperware, eating utensils and/or plasticware, cups, and any other items you may need or want in your kitchen. (Please see their website or call the park office for more details.)

Parking:
If you are renting a cabin or a campsite for the feast,
each family will be given a free parking pass for ONE vehicle. If you
are planning to share a cabin or campsite with another person or
family, only ONE of the vehicles per site will be given a free parking
pass. We will have a limited number of extra parking passes available
for extra vehicles, but you will need to let us know if you are going
to need one. NOTE: If we exceed the number of extra passes that we are
gifted through booking at the park, you may have to purchase a daily
parking pass for each vehicle that exceeds the one. Parking passes are
$10/day for anyone who resides outside of Oklahoma, and $8/day for
Oklahoma residents.
Service Opportunities
We may need help with moving chairs and tables around for different
events, help with getting food set up for shared eating events, and
other such tasks. We welcome musical talent for our church services and
volunteers for opening and closing prayers. Parental assistance with
your children is always needed during events and church services.
Registration and Contact Information
If you decide that you would like to join us this year or if you have
any questions that weren't addressed in the information on this page,
please let us know by contacting Bridgette, our Feast coordinator, at: cogisbridgette@gmail.com
We would also love your email to include a short description about
yourself and/or your family. For instance, who’s coming, the ages of
any children coming with you, and your church background. Also, please
let us know if you are interested in performing for special music or
giving an opening or closing prayer.
Feast Schedule
Above and beyond our daily church services, we have also planned a few
fun group activities. This year, we will have an ice cream social to
help get everyone acquainted with one another. We will have two of our
most favorite annual feast events: our "baskets & goodies"
raffle night and our wine & cheese night. And this year, we
will have a game night, which will simultaneously include a new
favorite feast event... the tin foil hat competition! There will be
free days, with no pre-planned events, so you can enjoy the local
attractions or plan individual get-togethers with other brethren. We do
hope you will join us for another fun and uplifting Feast of
Tabernacles!
